Noise while turning steering wheel

Hello, I have a 2014 Chrysler 200 LX with a 2.4L. It has 195,000 miles and has been surprisingly running really well with no issues, however lately I keep hearing this creaking noise every time I turn the wheel. Once I drive it sort of goes away but once I stop and sit there for about 5 minutes the noise comes back, then goes away after a few turns on the steering wheel. I'd appreciate any ideas on what it could be, maybe some of you have heard this same noise before. I'm not a mechanic so any advice helps.

Depends where the creek is coming from. If it's coming from inside the car. It is inside the steering column which is often plastic rubbing which you can ignore. But it's coming from outside. It's something like a tie rod or a ball joint. To figure that out. See my video    Finding the sources of car noises on your car, Scotty. Just type that into YouTube and watch my video
