2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8 v8. There are no codes
present, evap monitor light is red. When I start the car it runs perfectly fine. After stopping and going for an undetermined time, it starts accelerating poorly. changed the plugs, wires, fuel pump and air filter. Tried a gallon of lacquer thinner and even a bottle of transmission slip, seafoam in the throttle, oil and gas tank. Problem still persists.

All right, you say there's no codes. So realize this. Your car has no idea what the fuel pump pressure is because the computer has no sensors to tell it so often. It's just the weak fuel pump or a clogged fuel filter. If you have no codes at all. I would start there and pray it's not more complex. You can pressure test the fuel
