Hello Scotty!
I have a 2014 Toyota Camry Se, 2.5 litre with 120,000+ miles. When I start it up the valves are noisy for a few seconds. Is this normal(?), maybe the valves need adjusting(?) or engine flush? The car runs great and is well maintained. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

There is no valve adjustment. Your variable valve timing mechanism is probably noisy.
