Not blowing heat properly

Can anyone tell me what they think is going on with my heat? Could it be door vent, actuator or something else?
Likely an issue with an actuator or a blend door. Have someone with a high end bidirectional scan tool test those actuator's functionality.
I’m also hearing water in my AC system
If you hear water sloshing around in there your HVAC drains are clogged.
