Hello Scotty.
I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe, it has 165,000 + miles on it. "Automatic"
and it hesitates sometimes when I'm gaining speed around 35/40 mph.
Recently was stalling and having a rough idle. I was given a code from AutoZone, that it was an O2 fuse.
I'm totally confused... Please help?

what was the exact code please?
it was an O2 fuse.
what does that mean? Did you replace a fuse? Did you clear the code? Did the code come back?
A lot of things cause hesitation. Misfiring, Vacuum leaks, Failing fuel pump, etc.
