Hello Mr. Kilmer...I have a 1993 Toyota Corolla LE. Where can I find a OBD 1 Scanner? I tried searching on the Internet but I'm getting a lot of Out of Stock responses. Thank You

If you just want to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes, then you don't need to buy anything.
OBD1 systems don't provide much in the way of useful live data.
Here are some instructions that came up in a web search:

Maybe try ebay. My understanding is that 1) their usefulness is minor, and 2) they are specific to each make, not universal. You might be better off with just old school diagnostic techniques, whatever it is you are up to.
