For a 2005 Toyota Corolla LE, 1.6L. Automatic, where is the OBDII computer located? Also, does this vehicle have ABS?

Do you mean the OBDII diagnostics port?
If so, around the driver's left leg area - like on all old Corollas, it's usually hidden by a plastic tab.
Also, does this vehicle have ABS?
Probably. Some 2005 Corollas have received ABS due to it being mandated in Europe.
Before turning on your car, twist the key into position II and look for an ABS light - usually it'll light up only if equipped.
Additionally, you can just find a safe place and check it the good old fashioned way.
