I have a 2017 Ford Focus, while doing the self diagnostic tests one of the screens stated that the odometer reading was 072653, the reading on the dash odometer is approximately 046000. Does this mean that my odometer has been rolled back?
Are you sure the scantool one is in miles and not kilometers. I just converted 46,000 miles to kilometers and it's around 74,000 kilometers. Check the units. If it is in miles, then it may have been rolled back. Modern cars nowadays store odometer readings in multiple ECU modules to catch odometer roll-back fraud.

Good eye! Internally GM computers use metric units for everything, so I think Razmig has it right. Your instrument cluster is simply converting to miles. Look through the options there may even be an option to use km units and you can verify that it matches.
