- Does putting 1 quart oil too much cause problems to engine

Yes it may lead to putting to much preasure on the crankshaft.
Dont know if a quart will do damage but to much oil will.
I suggest you drain the excess through the dipstick tube by a suction device so you do not have to open up the drain plug.

Possibly. Excess oil can foam up with air bubbles and reduce its ability to lubricate.

Always, always, ALWAYS stick to the manufacturer's recommended fill level. Yes, problems can occur from overfilling.
