Hi, I have a 2013 honda civic automatic transmission, I have been using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. But I'm thinking of switching to Castrol synthetic Edge oil. Do you think it's a good idea or will damaged the engine of my car.

If that's what you want to do it won't cause harm as long as you use the correct weight.

Castrol would have a pretty reputation, and lawsuits on their hands if their oil damaged engines. It also wouldn't meet standards. Just read the specifications on the bottle.
