Hello Scotty,
I have a 2015 F150 with the 5.0 and has 72000 miles on it. I usually change my oil every 7000-8000 miles using high quality synthetic oil. Can I go 8000 before changing ? You usually says we have to change every 5000 miles but I heard synthetic oil can last you up to 10000 miles. I commute daily with the truck in light traffic and only towing less than 3000 lbs once every few weeks.
