I can’t tighten the oil filter with my hands

Scotty, I like to be independent and change my own oil but I can not get my hand up under the car and screw the oil filter on real tight. I always have trouble making it tight… for one my hands are big and that Dosent make any thing better, help

If you can get a ratchet up to the filter, buy one of these adapters to snug up the filter. Don't overtighten it. They aren't one size fits all, bring a filter to check if it fits.

Check out the K&N filter in the middle of this picture.  It has what looks like a nut built into the case so you can use a socket to tighten it instead of your hand.  Do not over tighten.  It will distort the large sealing gasket and leak.
