I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 4.7 1500. Minimum white smoke coming out tailpipe. It has a 4.7. Yeah not a fan of that motor. Anyways. I did a Compression test and found that #4 has lower compression. Truck doesn’t overheat & oil is like honey. I bought two steal seal bottles, gonna try this stuff out. Here’s the question I have that red coolant. Should I drain itnall out during that process and use only water then refill after the hopefully fix.?

Follow the instructions on the container. What does it say?
If it seems to fix anything, it will only be temporary.
