Hi Scotty
Love your channel, have learned a lot from you. Ok, I have a 2011 Infinity G37 journey sedan with 93,345 miles. I use Penzoil platinum 5w/30 oil and use a K&N oil filter. Would you recommend using a different oil/ filter. And I drive less than 3000 miles a year so I only change my oil every 12 to 16 months usually 16 months is that ok or should I change it every 6 months like a mechanic told me???. With that kind of usage, changing oil once a year would be best. Any oil and filter meeting manufacturer's specifications may be used.

I would change it once a year and use the cheapest full synthetic oil .I personally use the Walmart brand Super tech
