Despite of me watching Scotty Kilmer's video on oil filters..."It got me confused. What can you recommend me on having a good and quality oil filter for my 2005 Toyota Sienna FWD with 101,000 miles?

Ok, I just saw the video that you sent me Daywalker. Now the Premium Guard that Scotty says can last from 8,000 to 10,000 miles. My question would be if I change my oil every 4,000 to 5,000 miles and the filter could last 10,000 miles....do i still have to change tha filter every oil change or can i change the filter every 10,000 miles and go through 2 oil changes on my toyota sienna?
Change the filter with every oil change, so every 4,000-5,000 miles.
