The camera work is shaky, so it's a bit hard to discern every detail. It does look like the small hose that is close to the oil filter (the coiled hose) is leaking. If so, that plastic hose should be changed.

As for the oil pan gasket, it has to be leaking, or it's going to be, very soon. There are obvious breaks in the seal, and it looks dried out. It's my opinion that the pan needs to be dropped and the gasket replaced, either with a new gasket or by using some FIPG 103 (Toyota Seal Packing, which is a 15 minute gel that forms an oil resistant seal), which makes its own seal after that 15 minute span. 

Now, that doesn't mean that there isn't another leak down below. (In fact, you may have several leaks, from what I can tell). Eliminate the obvious, and what is left will reveal itself. 

Looks like the oil cooler lines are leaking. Replace them.

In that area on those cars the oil cooler o ring is fairly common as well as the oil pressure switch which is on the back of the engine right behind that oil cooler. The sealer used on that oil pan as well is not original or factory and I have never seen that white rtv hold up well so it has been off at some point 

So it’s only leaking oil when you turn the wheels to the left? Odds are it’s your power steering rack. If not, then I’d check your CV axles.

Ok so did my oil change and the oil cooler o ring today . 

Just in case as of I am there already  . 5 hours after came to look if still any likes found 2 drops on the ground  from it a bit closer to the front of the car . Where is the could drip from the top .

And just for camparesmant the car lost about half a oil amount  in 5k km . And my coolant is on the low mark so going to top it up and see what will be next .
