Hey Scotty
I have a 98 mustang with a 3.8 V6 244k miles. I’ve started seeing oil spots under it. It’s almost due for an oil change and I couldn’t remember what product you recommended to stop oil seal leaks to see if it’ll stop it. I thought it might be Lucas but also remember AT 205 and other products. Which one should I try?
Thanks
I would first get a leak dye test kit to see exactly where the leak is coming from. It may be something simple like a valve cover gasket leak.
No additive will actually repair an oil leak. Temporary band-aid at best.
Scotty has said whatever that stuff is that he uses has stopped leaks for people for a long time. I just need to know which one it was.

It might sometimes work for a fair period of time, it might work for a short period of time, or it might not work at all. It depends on the condition of the seals. If they are physically worn nothing will stop them from leaking short of replacement. If you want to see if "that stuff" will give you some temporary relief it is "ATP AT-205 Reseal".
Have you even verified where the oil is coming from, as @doc suggested? The stuff will not work at all on gaskets such as valve cover gaskets or oil pan gaskets.
Find out where it's leaking!
Find out where it's leaking from before you go any further. The only thing it may work on is if your rear main seal is shriveled but not cracked. If it's cracked, nothing will fix it except for a new rear main seal, and the AT-205 may make it worse.
How bad are the spots? If you don't need to add oil between changes, and the rear main is leaking, don't worry about it (use leak dye to trace this, as @Doc says). My '99 Ranger seeps oil from the rear main seal, between the engine and transmission. I see a spot when I park in the same place for months on end. Between the seep and normal engine wear, I lose maybe a quart every 5k miles. It doesn't reach the minimum on the dipstick before the next change. It has 289k miles on it.
