Oil pressure light came on briefly but car continued to run fine (very weird)

This morning I braked kinda fast (from high residential speeds) and shifted into park immediately, and the oil pressure light came on for a brief moment and turned off and the engine continued to run normally. I thought it was really weird, so I went to restart the engine and heard starter grinding noises immediately, so I stopped and then tried to start it again and it started up just fine. Drives fine too. What could cause that? Did I just shift into park a bit too early? Maybe the jolt of stopping and going into park caused the oil to slosh or something? 2011 Honda CR-V LX FWD 68k miles.

Scotty says check the oil. Perhaps it is dirty or there is not enough of it

Most likely. Either that or the engine came close to stalling out but not quite. Make sure the engine oil is full.
