Hi I have a 2016 Kia sportage 180k miles automatic that is spitting oil from the oil cap and is running very poorly. It doesn’t wanna go over about 15-20 mph and I believe it to be a camshaft sensor or one of the plates ? Not sure what do to from here!

Assuming the oil has not been grievously overfilled, oil spitting from the oil cap indicates excessive blowby in the crankcase. There's a good chance your engine is worn out since those vehicles are prone to catastophic engine failure. You might want to do a compression test or, better, a leakdown test.
