Oil type for 2004 Lexus IS300

i have an 04 Lexus is300 with 100k miles I was wondering if I should use full synthetic oil or synthetic blend which is what I’ve been using

Fully synthetic oils are the best. It's of the highest quality.

Just curious can it cause my car to leak or anything like that?

No. The only difference between synthetic and regular is the refining process:
Synthetic is man-made which means the molecules are all controlled (same size to provide a nice even film), have little to no contaminants, are more effective at providing the right weight at the operating temperatures, and most importantly last longer than regular oil.
Regular oil is refined from crude oil which means the molecules are of different sizes, they may have more contaminants than synthetic oil, and they are not as effective for providing correct weights at different operating temperatures.
Realize that most oil companies get their oil from the same place, but add their own additive package into it.
