I have 2019 F150 3.5 Ecoboost 5k miles on it. Sometimes when I turn the engine, I hear one strong know under the truck. It happen random not always. Any idea please?

Without being able to hear it, are they describing the knock or noise you are hearing?

Check your engine mounts to see if they have separated.
No the knock like backfire sound but I hear it from the engine under the driver seat
