One of my pulleys is making noise, how can I tell which one it is?

I have a 2006 Scion tC, 125k miles. One of the pulleys is making a whirling noise, and it seems to only make noise when it’s warmed up and idling in drive. Once it goes into park the noise instantly goes away. Its only while idling too, it won’t make noise while driving until you let off the gas and the rpms go down. Anyone know how to tell which pulley it is?

Transmission type?

Sorry, its an automatic

If it's a pulley you may be able to find which one by removing the fan belt and spinning each one by hand to feel for roughness in the bearings. However the noise could be from something else. You can very briefly run the engine without the fan belt to see whether the noise goes away when none of the pulleys are spinning.
