2007 Lexus Is250 RWD
Hi Good day, I’ve had this car about 3 years now and lately, I realized when I’m turning a corner, especially when I’m holding brakes, the car makes this clanking sound. Now 3 days ago my steering wheel started shaking and I checked my tires today and it’s eating away at the inside more. What do you think is happening
Go to a good front end shop & have them check it out, it's most likely a ball joint in combination with a wheel bearing.
If only one side is bad still get both done.

No, you'd be creating a very likely scenario where you end up losing control and/or doing more damage which can cost thousands.
I've seen it happen to numerous friends along with just in everyday traffic. I'd get that done asap.
