Are 2000 Ford Focus ZTS reliable? I'm looking at buying one with 223,000 miles and wondered if it's worth it?

They were mediocre when new. If 22 years later any are still running I would not hold out much hope of them being reliable. You didn't mention price. Maybe for $500 it might be OK as a short-term disposable vehicle if it runs OK.
