[Solved] OTC 7000A Pro Inject-R Kleen discontinued, what is a good alternative to use with the OTC 7448A Fuel Injection Cleaner Canister?

I have recently bought an OTC 7448A Fuel injection cleaner canister. The problem is the cleaner specified by OTC has been discontinued (7000A Pro Inject-R Kleen). I emailed OTC directly when I couldn't find it and they verified that it has been discontinued. I asked about an alternative and they simply said, "You can use any injection cleaning chemical designed for direct injection into the vehicle."

The problem now is finding that alternative. So far, all I have found locally are pressurized cans of various brands for direct injection but none that I can pour into the OTC canister. Have I wasted my money on this tool?

I am being extra carful in choosing an alternative since the engine will be running solely on the cleaner during the cleaning process. Thank you guys for your help and I look forward to being a part of this forum.

No it's a good tool you can just get liquid high strength cleaner like BG is a good one there are many available liquid cleaners you can add to that machine just check by googling it and see what the mechanics themselves use in your area what's available.

Thank you Scotty!!
