Hi scotty. I have a 2004 v6 3.0L camry with 214,000km and I have a codes P2197, car running to lean, and cylinder 2,4,6 miss fire. I replaced bank 2 sensor 1 with a denzo o2 sensor but the code came back. Help

Because you have a misfire, check the ignition coils. If they are in the wrong place, that would cause a misfire.

Sounds like a fuel issue on one bank. Are all the injector wires/harness in good shape?
