Good morning Scotty.
I have a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback GT with appx., 102,200 miles. I was driving on to work and I had my service engine light turn on on me while driving. I got codes P0031 & P0037 which is related to the HO2 sensor. The sensor has been the original since Nov., 2011. I'm just thinking about just replacing the sensor immediately. Is there anything I should look into before I jump into buying a new Ho2 sensor?

Yep, looks like the heater inside the sensor has failed, I’d replace it, upstream.....

Could most likely be the sensor but check the links below for further insight/troubleshooting:

If you replace the sensor, stick with OEM.
