Why do I get codes P0101 and P0113?

I know scotty have told us to avoid bmw's. But really love mine and want to keep it.

So do anybody have a clue on why these fault code keep apearing?

I have replaced MAF, IAT and cleaned aditional sensors.

Engine: n47c

The fault usually comes a idle or at 6th gear on hills (heavy loads for engine), never at Any other drivning conditions

Its a bmw 316 D lci from 2011with a manual 6 speed mileage 190 k
