Hi!

I was driving on the highway the other day and the check engine light went on.  Just scanned it and the P0299 "Not Enough Turbo Pressue" was the only code found.
The car has definitely put itself in a limp mode where it has very little power.

I know anything related to the turbo is going to be expensive to fix...  is it a good idea to first reset the light and see if it returns before bringing it to a mechanic?
Is that risking damaging something?

He is the data from when the code was thrown:
Engine RPM: 2415.0RPM
Vehicle Speed: 63.96 mph
Timing advance: 12.5 degrees
Intake air temperature: 80.6F
Accelerator pedal position E: 55.29%
Commanded throttle actuator: 100%

Oil and filter change (let the turbo get the cleanest/best possible).  reset code and pray

@hillbilly
Unfortunately the oil and filter were changed a month ago...

Thanks for the recommendation.
