Recently 2 weeks after servicing my car and changing the spark plugs and flushing the coolant I start getting this code,it might not even be related but can anyone suggest what I should do?
The car goes into limbo and become very sluggish and doesn't speed properly. engine light doesnt come up.
At the time the engine was cold and after turning the car on and off the problem resolve itself.

Probably a sensor since you turned it off and on again and it fixed it. Unfortunately these turbo systems are very complex. I recommend taking it to a dealer if the problem persists.
