Hey Scotty,
I got a 08 Nissan Titan with 132,000 miles auto tranny. Had it for 3 years. It has a p0420 catalytic converter code for the past 2 years. But it passes emissions test and drives great and has another cat behind it. Truck has 4 cats total. Is is ok to drive like that for the life of the truck and not replace the cat?

It is totally fine if you do not need it for passing the inspection.
