Can anyone do this, other than the dealer. And if so how should I get it done and programmed? Codes :P0601 and P0700

What make, year, model? A non-dealer would have to have a pretty high-end scan tool to dig into these Engine and Transmission Control Module codes- though you should first check the health of your battery and alternator (low voltage really brings many codes up) as well as the wiring to/from these modules.
