Hi Scotty, my engine light came on and I received the code P0741. I was also told the TM filter and oil needs changing. Should I change my oil, filter and torque converter or can I leave the torque alone and just change the filterans oil? I have 130k mileage and have never changed the transmission filter or fluid. I have a 2006 Toyota corolla LE with 130k miles automatic

Take it to a transmission specialist for evaluation.
You should be servicing the transmission every 50k miles. It may be too late now.
