[Solved] How to fix P1131 in my 2002 Ford F-150?

I need help! 2002 Ford F150 with the 4.2L V6 with 96k miles. Is has a check engine code for P1131. It idles very low and may stall at times. Please help 🙏

And also, I sometime smell fuel. I always make sure I close the fuel cap correctly as I refuel. Would that have anything to to with the P1131? I also have a P0420, and P1151 I didnt add to my first comment. Would that ring a bell or help with an idea of what my real problem is?

The heating element in the 02 sensor is burnt. Needs replacing. Rock Auto-Motorcraft #DY825 - $56.79. Disconnect and remove the old one, install the new one and plug it in.
