2008 Mazda3 Hatchbach with 155,280 miles has a P2004 - Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open Bank 1. Is it safe to drive with this code? Can I ignore it? If not, what needs to be done? Thank you.

Sure if it runs okay that's just for power or gas mileage and when they get older they do stick and often you will have to buy a new intake manifold to fix it which is very expensive. It's just one of those tricks to get better gas mileage and then better performance when it opens up and if it runs okay you could live with it is an older car
