Hey Scotty,
I have a 2006 Mazda 6 4cyl, sedan (normally aspirated) with 114,000 miles. I have replaced the O2 sensor but still get the following codes. Any ideas?
P0137 O2 circuit low voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2 (4 cyl only has one bank)
P2004 Intake manifold runner control stuck open Bank 1
P2009 Intake manifold Runner control circuit low Bank 1
P2177 System too lean off idle Bank 1
The car still runs fine and doesn't seem to have any vacuum leaks as far as I can tell. It does have a rough idle at first but then it smooths out after a minute or so and runs fine after that.

Check all your vacuum lines very carefully again.
