I've been getting error code P2177 and black smoke from exhaust, I change the 02 sensor to new one but the problem is still there.

I'm the morning the car will run fine for few minutes and start vibrating when moving slowly or stop at traffic. You will then be hearing some smoke odor coming from the exhaust. It will somehow try to stall.

When I check my newly spark plug I noticed it's also black again.

What could be the cause?

Your engine is running way too rich. Is it oily? If so, you're burning oil.  Did you use an OEM (Hyundai) oxygen sensor? Aftermarket parts won't cut it.

Plug in a scan tool and select live data to see what is going on. Pay attention to the MAF sensor, it should be roughly equal to the displacement of the engine in grams per second.

Clean the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, and check that you don't have vacuum leaks.

THIS ARE MY OBD2 SCAN RESULTS

OXYGEN SENSOR OUTPUT VOLTAGE (B1-S1) reads 0.895V but after driving the voltage reading stay around 0.000V – 0.045V.
OXYGEN SENSOR OUTPUT VOLTAGE (B1-S2) reads 0.890V and after driving it reading around 0.895V.
CATALYST TEMPERATURE BANK 1, SENSOR 1 was reading 870oF But after driving its reading 1113oF.
