Hello, I have a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 that just turned 150,000 miles. Yesterday I was coming home from a day trip about an hour away and on my way home my right turn signal started blinking fast when I would turn it on. I immediately checked all the bulbs ( front and back ) and all are working fine. Brake lights work, hazard lights work as well. I checked the drivers side cab mount ground, and the grounds under the hood and all are okay. Checked all the necessary fuses as well and they are okay. I do have aftermarket head and tail lights but they have never given me any issues like this. So my question is what am I missing? The only thing I can think of is to try putting the stock lights in and see if it still does it. Any other suggestions?

That seems like the most obvious thing at this point. Not trying to be rude or anything but I would’ve tried that before I even asked. But also I don’t know the complexity of them, are they that hard to change back? Anyway, just try it and see what happens.
I would check the blinker relay under the dash..
If you switched it out with LED it's very possible that could cause it to bling fast otherwise I would definitely check the relay

If you swapped them with LEDs versions of the same bulbs, the turn signals will do that. The computer operates based on the expected resistance from an incandescent bulb. If you swap out the incandescents for LEDs, there is almost no resistance with the new turn signals and the turn signal will flash rapidly, despite it still working. Measure the resistance by setting a multimeter to the ohms setting (omega) and measure resistance level of the filament bulb, and again with the LED bulb, if you want to prove this.
