I'm thinking about buying a 2021 Hyaundi Palisade or a Kia Telluride. Which do you think is more reliable?

Neither.

They are both unreliable rolling piles of junk.

Either.  Just be sure to sell it before the power-train warranty is up.

We are currently not recommending any Hyundai Motor Group products, especially for purchase.  If you have been following Scotty for any length of time, then you already know  he is not a fan of them either and has been warning people of them.  If there was a doubt, see below:  also, the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty (which only applies to the original owner) is not what it is cracked up to be as more times than not they look for ways to get out of a warranty claim and refer to problems as “Oh, that’s normal”.  Plus, some of the mechanics working on the cars have no idea what they are doing.

If you must get those vehicles, then just lease it, but you are really better off looking at other brands.

They're going to both have the same reliability - dismal overall, especially after the 100K mile mark. If you must have one better off to lease it and turn it in before the bumper-to-bumper warranty runs out.
