Some pebbles fell into the cabin air intake beneath the windshield. Will it cause problems? Can I just leave it be? How can I remove it without tearing apart the car? Will it work it’s way to the cabin air filter?

Well yeah if you got a cabin air filter don't worry about it it won't hurt anything it might stay in there and not even get to the filter but if it gets to the filter just replace it
If you have OCD about car noises/rattles (like myself), start praying..
best case, you have an incessant rattle whenever your turn on the vents.
worst case, it smashes up the blow motor hamster wheel.
Just reach down there with a vacuum cleaner attached to a tube of some sort.
I used to have, and maybe they still make them.
Its a long spiral, flexible wand with a plunger on one end and four thin steel claws that spread when you push the plunger.
You should be able to get them if you can see them.
