Hey Scotty
I bought a brand new Mercedes Benz GLC 220d (Diesel) before watching your videos. I am ready to keep up with electrical gremlins and the high maintenance costs, if the engine and transmission are solid and can last me around a 100k miles.
The dealer recommends to change the oil and filter every 9000 miles or once a year, since diesel fuel lubricates the engine, I am guessing the service intervals are justifiable.
I don't want to sell the car( Due to the poor resale value), Any Suggestion please, Thanks Again

Take all their recommended maintenance intervals and divide by two.
