Hey Scotty.
As you know, pebbles get stuck in the tread of tires. The OCD in me wants to pluck them out, but is that necessary? Should I just leave them in, as normal driving will expel them out anyways? Or is it a good idea to ‘prune’ the tires of the pebbles?
Thanks!
you have a lot of spare time
Nobody does this.
They expel themselves at high speeds
Hey I understand OCD really well.
You don't need to pick out the pebbles...it doesn't hurt anything, but isn't necessary. They will come out as you drive the car.
So if you enjoy it, go ahead. But it is definitely not necessary. 🙂
You don’t really need to worry about them. But if you wanted to, you could pluck them every once in a while (no need to do it every time before you drive) - it’s easy enough.
I used to have a very large 4x4 with extremely knobby tires that picked up everything but chicks. At first the sound they made drove me crazy, but after a while, I didn't care anymore.
What did I walk into? 😁
I don’t do it all the time (although I did say I’m OCD - my bad), but yeah, good to know I don’t really have to pay attention to this.
Still fun though. 🙂👍🏻
I’d rather use that time to clean & vacuum the vehicle’s interior..
