Hi Scotty,
I had a overheating concern, stopped the car, towed it to the service and realized that the coolant has mixed with the engine oil and has a leak but not noticed any leakages it was within the engine.
The OEM dealer insisted to open the engine fully to examine further, I rejected the offer as the job costs more than the car itself and requested an Aluminum housing and pipe replacement of the coolant hoses with a thorough clean of the coolant and the engine since the oil is milky and the oil has passed its level due to the overflow. What do you recommend I should do here. Is the above tasks the best choice, I face no other problems with the car.
Well at a minimum the head gasket would be blown which requires pulling the head off the engine. And you never know whether the hat has been warped or and the other damage has been done until you take it apart. You're kind of between a rock and a hard place with one of those things. Most people just give up the ghost or put a used engine in

Scotty does not usually return to topics he has already answered. It looks like you either have a blown head gasket or a cracked cylinder head. The milky oil with level increasing is also confirmation of this. Coolant in the oil also damages engine bearings, so if it has been like this for any length of time you're looking at complete engine rebuild or replacement.
well and engine compression test was done and it was good. A pressure test was applied from the coolant reservoir and it showed a spewed coolant from somewhere between the 1 and 2nd cylinder head. I am sharing a picture for your reference from the pressure test. (Not sure if it does allow to post pictures) What do you reckon?
