Can you tell if the throttle body flap its working fine when i push the gas ? A6 2007 2.7 if someone has the same please tell me , i want to know if this cause hesitetion on acceleeation

It looks like it's opening and closing to me.
engine sounds like crap though.

Disconnect the air intake tube and have someone look at the throttle body while the accelerator is being operated. Hesitation can be one of the symptoms of a dirty throttle body.
