1st, 3rd, and 5th gears do not exist to shifter

What do you you exactly mean by that? 

Your going to need it scanned it could be many things… fuel pump, cam or crank sensors, or a nats issue? Has the starter been replaced with aftermarket? 

So at least it cranks, That's good. You're complaining about some sort of shift issue but if it cranks it isn't the neutral safety switch

If it suddenly isn't starting it's because of lack of spark, lack of fuel, or both.

So let's assume you're not in a position to buy any test tools.

You can still narrow this down and come back and tell us the results.

(I'll post a video on how to get to this stuff)

First, find out if you have spark to any of the cylinders.

Pull out a spark plug and ground the spark plug's threads to a shiny bolt. If you can't find one, make it shiny by scraping the paint off of it.

Have somebody crank the engine as you hold the spark plug's threads against than shiny bolt, (use a glove or a rag or something ((shock hazard))) and see if it's sparking.

Then (with that spark plug out) grab a paper towel and hold it against the spark plug hole. (hang onto it and don't let a corner of the paper towel get sucked into the hole)

Have somebody crank the engine for a little bit.

See if the paper towel is wet and smells of gas.

Let us know the results. That will help narrow it down to a fuel or spark issue
