Hi Scotty, 5 mechanics including the dealer can't help me. I have a 2012 mitsubishi outlander sport v4 with low efficiency code. I replaced the catalytic converter twice with aftermarkets and now it has a factory one on there. Also changed the O2 sensors twice. The car runs no different and the code keeps coming back with a high exhaust smell like feul and they say they've checked for leaks and tested of the wiring. Is it possible that it could be the ecu?

If the exhaust smells like fuel, then the engine isn't running right.
Sounds like everyone that worked on your car just didn't know what they were doing.
There are many possibilities. Ultimately you just need a competent mechanic.
