Hey guys I have the above vehicle and whenever I'm driving, it would vibrate very loudly at 1800 rpms, and when I get in that range, I have to floor it to make it move. Sometimes it barely moves at all.
I scanned it using a OBD2 reader and it shows P0420. From what I could find, the bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor voltage runs at 2.1-2.5 no matter how much I floor it and the graph goes up and down accordingly.
However, the bank 1 sensor 2 voltage stays at 0.27 to 0.28. The graph would be a straight line then it drops 90 degrees for a sec and goes back to a straight line repeatedly.
While your car is really messed up knowing those with that mileage the catalytic converters are probably shot have them pressure tested first
Does the scan tool used have the ability to scan transmission as well or just engine… just to be safe I’m sure the cat is bad which is the exhaust manifold on that car and it could be rattling internally and restricting exhaust flow causing a lack of power
