I have a 1998 buick century ,the scanner gives the EVAP code P0446, could a gas tank leak explain it ?
what is the risk if I dont fix it ?

P0446 has to do with the evaporative emission vent system performance.

if your vent is blocked, you could get a buildup of pressure inside your tank
