I have a 2007 corolla with 225k miles and am getting a check engine light with PO741 code [torque converter clutch solenoid performance]. Does anyone know how to get this fixed? I need it before I go for state inspection to pass.

Well pay a mechanic who understands Toyotas to see if he can figure out if it's just a cylinder he can replace or whether it's going to need a new torque converter that cost a fortune
