What do you recommend for the road and trackside. Also nice if there is a small one for bikes.

I assume that when you say "rechargeable battery powered", you mean that the inflator has its own battery, not that it uses the vehicle battery (which is also rechargeable).
These come highly rated, have plenty of power, and can be programmed to stop at a pressure you set.
